We had some professional pictures taken last month. I have to say my family participated rather well and it was easy than expected!! Stephanie with Angels Touch Photography did an amazing job and captured some wonderful shots for us! I love my boys and I can't believe how big they are! It makes me sad to see them grow up so fast, but that is just one hardship you face as a parent. We are so blessed to have these two healthy boys in our lives and really can't remember anything before them! Here are some shots from our session with Stephanie! Enjoy!

Family Days......

It's been a few months since the last update... We have been very busy that's for sure! Life in the Smith household is nothing short of chaos these days! I started back to work, Jackson started First Grade and Landon started with a Babysitter, so we are all semi-adjusting to this new routine!!! Some days are better then others, so our weekends are spent hanging as a family, which can consist of grocery shopping errands, random trips, visiting with friends or just hanging around playing at the house, watching cartoons or taking pictures :) Here are some pics of our our "family days" Enjoy! Sorry some may be blurry as I use my phone camera most of the time because my regular camera is not working!!!

It's Been A While....

Wow it has been almost 4 months since I have last updated... Alot has happened in those months and time is flying!! Let's see Landon will be 7 months old on Saturday. Jackson is starting 1st grade in almost 4 weeks, not my little boy anymore, but my big boy he tells me!! I will be turning 29 on the 27th!! And the most unexpected surprise of all I am finally going back to work (yes I knew this day had to come, but when it comes you never really expect it or are ready for it), but I have to do what I can to help my family. I am excited and anxious at the same time, it has been a year and a half since I last worked (outside of the home) and I am not prepared at all :) I am sure I will be back in the swing of things soon though!! How is that for craziness!!

Spring Break '10

Jackson was on spring break this past week so we hung out with a few of his friends and just spent some mommy/little brother/me time together! It was fun! Today as I was dropping him off at school I started to cry watching him walk away. He has become such an independent little man since August, I mean he has always been stubborn and strong willed since birth.. I guess he does take after his mama!! I felt today what I felt the first time I ever left him (looking back at daycare & preschool days)... I have a few years to go before Landon starts school then I get to do it all over again, what was I thinking!!!! :) Time flies and now that my twenties are dwindling vastly I am starting to realize to soak up all of these fun times and memories, because they are gone quicker then they came!

Here are a few pictures of Landon! I am trying to keep up the tradition of picture taking for Landon like I did with Jackson! It's always harder the second time around, I think.... Jackson has soooo many pictures and albums, I need to start working on Landons!

Babies, Toddlers, Big Kids & and Easter Cookies.. Oh My!!

Last Friday we had a playdate with four 3 month olds, one 6 year old, one 3 year old, one 2 1/2 year old and one 1 1/2 year old!! Were we crazy :)??? I have to say all of the kiddos were great!!! Except for the rough housing that came from my 6 year old and the fussiness from my 3 month old (go figure) :) It was so much fun to see everyone and they all had a great time making their Easter cookies!! A special thank you to Kasie for providing the cookies, lunch and playdate arena :)
